Dr. Adrian Low is a chartered psychologist from the British Psychological Society. He has graduated with a Doctor of Clinical & Industrial/Organisational Psychology from California Southern University in the USA. His dissertation research was conducted in a Big Company with over 500 staff and the research has recently won the presidential award for doctoral research excellence at the California Southern University.

He is the president of Hong Kong Association of Association, an NGO. Besides that, he is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Worcester as well as an adjunct lecturer at the HKU (university of Hong Kong) School of Professional and Continuing Education. He has been a sought-after international corporate wellness keynote speaker in USA, Singapore, Japan and Hong Kong.

Dr. Adrian has trained over 20,000 students from all walks of life. He specializes in Corporate Wellness and he has served clients such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, Rotary Club, Lions Club, USANA, Maryknoll Convent School and the Hong Kong Society of Counseling and Psychology.

In addition, Dr. Adrian is the Lead Trainer at PwC, one of the leading Big 4 accounting firms worldwide with the major responsibility in delivering in-house training to the staff in the areas of software application, technology as well as soft skills. Dr Adrian was a plenary speaker at the 29th World Summit on Positive Psychology, Mindfulness and Psychotherapy held in New York City (USA) where he presented his workplace stress research. Dr. Adrian is a clinical psychologist providing professional psychotherapy and mental status evaluations. Dr. Adrian is privileged to have been influenced and mentored by world-class scholars and practitioners in the field such as Dr. Daniel Amen, Dr. Rollin McCraty and Dr. Wendy Nickerson.
